I'd put say a +33/50% Heals Received on his Death's Door State though that way even if he does somehow end up to -99% Heals Received on DD your other healers/himself can still heal him back for a tiny portion back to the realm of the living. To discourage spamming of Exsanguinate and all. 33% would be nice, 50% would be overkill, 25% is fine too but it won't truly discourage spamming since it'll still heal small amounts. I'd make it received so that he'll still be able to heal other people so the community wouldn't be too salty) along with the debuffs he get. >Add a -%Heals Done/Received (Done would affect others, received would just affect himself. IMHO some thoughts on how to nerf him without crippling him too badly You'll just be guaranteeing to go last then. Wow that'll surely matter to his Bleed DoTs They offer very little drawbacks considering their prerequisites and the risk needed to get there is easily overshadowed by how OP Exsanguinate is to anything that even has a potential to bleed His best skills are spammable and self servient to the point where he can clear dungeons on his own. You have seen his Bleed Chance vs their Bleed Resist and how his regular attack debuffs Bleed Resist right?Īnyway, personally I do think he's OP as ♥♥♥♥. The fact that he can never proc a virtue and is instead destined to become Raptrous is a double edged sword - don't need to worry about losing stats to something like Hopeless or Afraid, but he still randomly does things you don't want him to, smacks party members, ignores buffs/heals and such like a 'true' affliction.Īll that on top of the Religious clause keeping the poor abomination out of parties with him, and his unique one per party clause makes me think he's perfectly fine as is. Again something you can trinket for but you've only got two slots. His stress heal is good, but it also stresses him out. His only non-crisis heal while interesting mechanically isn't super potent, and unless you trinket for it puts additional pressure on you from the bleeds he puts on himself. As mentioned in the thread a lot of his damage is bleed reliant, so using him against skeletons and other bleed resist heavy foes is a losing proposition over using blight or just raw damage. He is a very good character, I will not deny that.
